HARBOURS, DOCKS, PIERS AND FERRIES

This Order empowers the Montrose Port Authority—to dispose of land which is no longer required for the purposes of Montrose Harbour;to pay their members such remuneration, allowances and expenses as they see fit;to dredge (replacing an outmoded existing power);to charge for certain floating articles and for services and facilities.
