2. The following is hereby added to section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 after paragraph (u)(1):
“(v)the programme known as the Promotion of Positive Environmental Management in Industry Programme.”.
Section 153(1) was amended by S.I. 1991/682, S.I. 1991/1179, S.I. 1992/654 and S.I. 1993/1062.
