Interpretation2
In this Order–
“the 1970 Act” means the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 19702;
“the 1983 Act” means the Health and Social Services and Social Security Adjudications Act 1983;
“accommodation” has the same meaning as the expression “Part III accommodation” has in section 21(8) of the 1983 Act3; and
“charging order” means a charging order made under section 23 of the 1983 Act.
