The Food Premises (Registration) (Welsh Form of Application) Regulations 1993

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretaries of State respectively concerned with health in England, and with food and health in Wales, acting jointly in respect of England and Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 19(1)(a), 48(1) and 49(2) of the Food Safety Act 19901, as extended by section 2(2) of the Welsh Language Act 19672, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, after consulting such organisations as appear to them to be representative of interests likely to be substantially affected by these Regulations in accordance with section 48(4) of that Act, hereby make the following Regulations:–
