The provisions of the Act specified in the first column of Part I of Schedule 1 to this Order shall come into force on 1st May 1993.

The provisions of the Act specified in the first column of Part II of Schedule 1 to this Order, insofar as they are not already in force, shall come into force on 1st June 1993.
