Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Mental Handicap National Health Service Trust (Change of Name) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 24th April 1993.

In this Order unless the context otherwise requires—
“the Order” means the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Mental Handicap National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 19903;
“the trust” means the National Health Service trust established by the Order.
