Whereas a draft of these Regulations has been laid before each House of Parliament and neither House has resolved that they be not made;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12 of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 19371 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Regulations:
