Solicitors (Scotland) Act 1980 (c. 46)
11. Section 35(2) of the Solicitors (Scotland) Act 1980(1) (accounts rules) shall have effect as if the reference to an institution authorised under the Banking Act included a reference to a European deposit-taker.
