52. Regulation 3(3)(c) of the Personal Pension Schemes (Appropriate Schemes) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1988(1) (bodies which may establish schemes) shall have effect as if the reference to an institution authorised under Part I of the Banking Act included a reference to a European deposit-taker.
