15. Any amount which would be disregarded under paragraphs 21 to 24 of Schedule 10 to the Income Support Regulations(1) (charge or commission for converting capital into sterling, the Macfarlane Trusts, the Fund and the Independent Living Fund, personal or occupational pensions, and rent).
