The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, and the Secretaries of State respectively concerned with health in England and food and health in Wales, acting jointly in exercise of the powers conferred by section 59(2) of the Food Safety Act 19901 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:—
