Transitional provision
4. Without prejudice to section 16(1) of the Interpretation Act 1978(1), the repeal of section 146 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 shall not affect any right of the Secretary of State to enforce, on or after 1st April 1993, any condition imposed as mentioned in subsection (5) of that section.
