2.  In paragraph 10 of the licensing scheme set out in the Schedule to the Principal Order, there shall be substituted for all the words which appear immediately before the words “NOTE 1” the following:

  • The annual tariff for Licences in respect of the categories listed in (i) to (v) below shall be calculated on a full time and full time equivalents per capita basis by type of Educational Establishment as follows:

    (a)

    in respect of Licences granted prior to 16th April 1992 as set out in column A below;

    (b)

    in respect of Licencers granted on or after the 6th April 1992 as set out in column B below;

    (i)Primary/Preparatory Educational Establishments (including Preparatory Schools)15p17p
