The Child Support (Collection and Enforcement) Regulations 1992

The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 29(2) and (3), 31(8), 32(1) to (5) and (7) to (9), 34(1), 35(2), (7) and (8), 39(1), (3) and (4), 40(4), (8) and (11), 51, 52 and 54 of the Child Support Act 1991M1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:C1
