2.  The provisions of the Act, except for section 9, paragraphs 1(7) and 10(2) of Schedule 8 and the entry in Schedule 9 which repeals paragraphs (da), (db), (dc) and (dd) of Schedule 2 to the Charities Act 1960(1), shall come into force on 1st September 1992.
