2. Persons designated by a State other than the United Kingdom as observers, inpsectors or evaluators under the Vienna Document 1992 shall enjoy, during their mission, the like privileges and immunities as are accorded to or in respect of diplomatic agents by the Diplomatic Privileges Act 1964(1).
