The Manchester International Airport (Cargo Area Designation) Order 1992

Coming into force

Whereas it appears to the Secretary of State for Transport that the area defined in article 2 of this Order is used wholly or mainly for the storage or handling of cargo at Manchester International Airport, being a designated airport1.

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under section 27(6) of the Aviation Security Act 19822 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
