Consequential amendment

Section 125(7) and Schedule 20 so far as they provide for the repeal of, or of words in, the following provisions—

1. (a)
   sections 7 and 33(4)(b) (and the word “or” immediately preceding it) of the Solicitors Act 19742
2. (b)
   section 45 of the County Courts Act 19843
3. (c)
   section 9(8) of, and paragraph 4(2)(b) (and the word “or”immediately preceding it) of Schedule 2 to, the Administration of Justice Act 19854.
