Recovery of Rates in respect of vessels10
In addition to the remedy given by section 44 of the Act of 1847 as incorporated with this Order and whether the demand which may be made under the section has been made or not the Council may recover any rates to which that section applies as a debt in any court of competent jurisdiction.
