6.—(1) The area or areas of the county of Derbyshire marked on a boundary map as shown in column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Order and forming part of the district and of the parish, if any, specified in relation thereto in columns 2 and 3 respectively shall be transferred to—
(a)the county of Staffordshire;
(b)the electoral division of that county specified in relation to the area or areas in question in column 4 of that Schedule;
(c)the district and the electoral ward of that district specified in relation to the area or areas in question in columns 5 and 6 respectively;
(d)the parish or unparished area, petty sessional division and Coroner’s district specified in relation to the area or areas in question in column 7.
(2) Where, in relation to an area or areas for which a parish is specified in column 3 of Schedule 1, an unparished area is specified in column 7 of that Schedule, that area, or those areas, shall cease to form part of a parish.
