The Social Security (Introduction of Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991

Whereas a draft of the following Regulations was laid before Parliament in accordance with the provisions of section 12(1) of the Disability Living Allowance and Disability Working Allowance Act 1991M1 and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 37ZD and 166(1), (2) and (3A) of the Social Security Act 1975M2, section 51(1)(g) and (k) of the Social Security Act 1986M3 and sections5 and 11 of the Disability Living Allowance and Disability Working Allowance Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, by this instrument, which contains only regulations made by virtue of, or consequential upon, section 5 of the Act of 1991, hereby makes the following Regulations:
