4. In paragraph (3) of regulation 2 of the Home Responsibilities Regulations (preclusion from regular employment for the purposes of paragraph 5(6) and (7) of Schedule 3 to the Act) M1 for the words “other than in respect of a child under the age of 16” there shall be substituted the words “ the care component of disability living allowance at the highest or middle rate prescribed in accordance with section 37ZB(3) of the Act ”.
