Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) (No. 1) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force—
(a)for the purposes of regulation 13, on 1st April 1991, and
(b)for all other purposes, on 18th March 1991.
