2. –
(1) The management of the Richmondshire Swimming Pool by Richmondshire District Council shall not be treated as a defined activity in any financial year so long as educational institutions have used the pool exclusively in the immediately preceding financial year for more than 600 hours.
(2) In this article “educational institutions” has the same meaning as in paragraph 8(3) of Schedule 1 to the Local Government Act 1988(1).
