3. The fee payable under paragraph 9 of Schedule 1 to the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976(1) (which provides for an annual fee payable by a society registered under Part I of that Schedule to a registration authority) shall, instead of £12.50, be £17.50.
The sum specified under paragraph 9 is as substituted by S.I. 1985/262.
