2. The fee payable under paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976(1) (which makes provision for the registration of a society for the purposes of section 5 of that Act and prescribes a fee payable upon such registration to a registration authority) shall, instead of £25, be £35.
