The Domestic Property (Valuation) Regulations 1991

The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 3(3) and (7) and 7(2) and (3) of the Local Government Finance and Valuation Act 19911 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
