Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 13 of the Child Abduction and Custody Act 19851, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st August 1991.

The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 19902 is revoked.

For Schedule 2 to the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 19863 there shall be substituted the following—
SCHEDULE 2EUROPEAN CONVENTION ON RECOGNITION AND ENFORCEMENT OF DECISIONS CONCERNING CUSTODY OF CHILDREN AND ON THE RESTORATION OF CUSTODY OF CHILDREN, LUXEMBOURG, 20th MAY 1980
