1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Representation of the People(Amendment) Regulations 1991.
(2) These Regulations do not extend to Scotland or Northern Ireland.
(3) These Regulations shall come into force when the Representation ofthe People Act 1990(1) comes into force in England and Wales.
