The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 7(1) and 10(7) of the Antarctic Treaty Act 1967 (1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Antarctic Treaty (Contracting Parties) Order 1990.
2. It is hereby certified that the Contracting Parties for the purposes of the Antarctic Treaty Act 1967 areas specified in the Schedule to this Order.
3. The Antarctic Treaty (Contracting Parties) Order 1988 (2) is hereby revoked.
