The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 26(2) of the Employment Act 19891 (“the Act”) hereby makes the following Order:—
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Skills Training Agency (Designation) (No. 1) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 29th April 1990.
Designation of activities2
Each of the activities listed in the Schedule to this Order, being activities for the time being carried on by the Skills Training Agency, is hereby designated for the purposes of section 26 of the Act.
