The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 81(2) of the Self-Governing Schools etc. (Scotland) Act 19891, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Self-Governing Schools etc. (Scotland) Act 1989 (Commencement) Order 1990.

The provisions of the Self-Governing Schools etc. (Scotland) Act 1989 listed in the following table shall come into force on 1st February 1990:–
