Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred bysection 1(2)(i) of the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 19791 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Vaccine Damage Payments (Specified Disease) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 9th April 1990.
Addition to the diseases to which the Vaccine Damage Payments Act applies2.
Mumps is specified as a disease to which the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979 applies.
