Section 56(15) of the Transport Act 1962,in place of the words “the Scottish Group and their subsidiaries” there shall be substituted the words “Caledonian MacBrayne Limited”,
Section 55(2) of the Transport Act 1968, 1   in place of the words “the Scottish Group and any subsidiary of that Group, but shall not include road passenger transport services, or services or facilities provided by virtue of section 50(3) of this Act” there shall be substituted the words “Caledonian MacBrayne Limited”;   ,
, 2   in place of the words “the Scottish Group and their subsidiaries” and “the Scottish Group” where they occur in paragraphs (a) and (c) respectively there shall be substituted the words “Caledonian MacBrayne Limited”.   ,
