Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Compulsory Purchase of Land (Vesting Declarations) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.
Interpretation2
In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Compulsory Purchase (Vesting Declarations) Act 1981; and any reference to a numbered form is a reference to the form bearing that number in the Schedule to these Regulations.
Prescribed forms in connection with general vesting declarations3
The prescribed forms in relation to the provisions of the Act mentioned below are as follows–
a
for the purposes of section 4(1), the form of general vesting declaration shall be Form 1;
b
for the purposes of section 3(3), the form of the statement of the effect of Parts II and III shall be Part 1 of Form 2, and the form for giving information to the authority shall be Part 2 of Form 2;
c
for the purposes of section 6(1), the form of notice specifying the land and stating the effect of a general vesting declaration shall be Form 3.
Revocation4
Regulation 5 of the Compulsory Purchase of Land Regulations 19823 is hereby revoked.
