The Compulsory Purchase of Land (Vesting Declarations) Regulations 1990

The Secretary of State for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 2(1)1, 3(3), 4(1) and 6(1) of the Compulsory Purchase (Vesting Declarations) Act 19812, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:–
