Revocation, transitional and savings

12.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the 1957 Regulations and the 1958 Regulations are hereby revoked.

(2) The 1957 Regulations and in Scotland the 1958 Regulations shall continue to apply to any application for consent under section 2 of the Electric Lighting Act 1909(1)or under section 10(b) of the Electric Lighting (Clauses) Act 1989(2) which was received by the Secretary of State before the date on which these regulations came into force.
