This Order may be cited as the Data Protection (Regulation of Financial Services etc.) (Subject Access Exemption) (Amendment) Order 1990.
(2)
This Order shall come into force —
(a)
on 21st February 1990 for the purposes of article 2 insofar as it relates to Part I of the Schedule to this Order;
(b)
on 15th March 1990 for the purposes of article 2 insofar as it relates to Part II of that Schedule.
