In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 16(6) of the Official Secrets Act 1989 1, I hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Official Secrets Act 1989 (Commencement) Order 1990.

The Official Secrets Act 1989 shall come into force on 1st March 1990.
