Amendments to regulation 3 (interpretation)3
In the Table in regulation 3(2) the following entry shall be inserted in the appropriate place–
“off-road vehicle”
an off-road vehicle as defined in Annex I to Council Directive 70/156/EEC of 6th February 19704 as read with Council Directive 87/403/EEC of 25th June 19875.
