4. Sub-paragraphs (2), (3) and (4) of paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the Act(1) (pleasure fairs) shall have effect from 1st January 1990, as if–
(a)in sub-paragraph (2)(a), for the sum of 10p there were substituted the sum of 20p;
(b)in sub-paragraph (2)(b), for the sum of £2 (in both places) there were substituted the sum of £2.40, and for the sum of £4 (in both places) there were substituted the sum of £4.80;
(c)in sub-paragraph (3), for the sum of £4 (in all three places) there were substituted the sum of £4.80; and
(d)in sub-paragraph (4), for the sum of £2 there were substituted the sum of £2.40.
Paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the Act was amended by article 4 of S.I. 1986/2069.
