(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations correct an error in the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) Regulations 1988. The effect of the correction is to prescribe form no. 5 in the Schedule to those Regulations for a notice under section 13(2) of the Housing Act 1988 proposing a new rent for an assured agricultural occupancy (as well as for an assured tenancy).
