Coming into force
The Commissioners of Customs and Excise, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 127A of the Customs and Excise Management Act 19791 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:

These Regulations may be cited as the Excise Duties (Deferred Payment) (Amendment) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 1st September 1989.

In regulation 3 of the Excise Duties (Deferred Payment) Regulations 19832, after sub-paragraph 3(d) there shall be inserted: “(e) cider manufactured in the United Kingdom and delivered from an excise warehouse.”.
