Coming into force

The Secretary of State for the Environment as respects England, the Secretary of State for Wales as respects Wales and the Secretary of State for Scotland as respects Scotland, in exercise of powers conferred on them by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721, and being the Ministers designated2 for the purposes of that subsection in relation to the regulation and control of the use of sludge in agriculture, hereby make the following Regulations:C1
