In Section 14(6), paragraph (a) was substituted by the Social Security Pensions Act 1975 (c. 60), Schedule 4, paragraph 39(b) and paragraph (aa) was inserted by the Social Security Act 1979 (c. 18), Schedule 3, paragraph 6.
Section 15(6) was inserted by the Social Security and Housing Benefits Act 1982 (c. 24), Schedule 4, paragraph 10.
Subsection (1) was amended by the Social Security Pensions Act 1975, Schedule 4, paragraph 43 and by the Social Security Act 1986 (c. 50), Schedule 10, paragraph 84.
Subsection (6) was inserted by the Social Security Act 1979, section 4(1).
Subsection (1) was amended by the Child Benefit Act 1975 (c. 61), Schedule 4, paragraph 13.
Subsections 1(2) and (3) were substituted by the Social Security and Housing Benefits Act 1982, Schedule 4, paragraph 11.
The definition was amended by the Social Security Pensions Act 1975, Schedule 4, paragraph 64.
