The Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency Act 1988 (Commencement) Order 1988

5th April 1988
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9(2) of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency Act 1988(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency Act 1988 (Commencement) Order 1988.
2. The Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency Act 1988 shall come into force on 12th April 1988.

This Order brings into force on 12th April 1988 the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency Act 1988.
