Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 2 of the Child Abduction and Custody Act 19851, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 1988.

The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 19872 is revoked.

The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 19863 is amended by deleting Schedule 1 thereto4 and substituting therefor the following —
