The Local Government Act 1985 (Severn-Trent Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) (Revocation) Order 1988

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 101 of the Local Government Act 19851 as read with section 103(6) of that Act, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—

Citation and commencement1

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1985 (Severn-Trent Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) (Revocation) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st April 1988.

Revocation of previous Order2

The Local Government Act 1985 (Severn-Trent Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) Order 19862 is hereby revoked.

In Witness whereof the Official Seal of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food is hereunto affixed on 22nd March 1988.

This Order made under the Local Government Act 1985, revokes the Local Government Act 1985 (Severn-Trent Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) Order 1986 (the provisions of which are now replaced by provisions in the Severn-Trent Water Authority (Regional Land Drainage Committee) Order 1988 (S.I.1988/566).
