The Merchant Shipping (Maintenance of Seamen’s Dependants) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 No. 479

2.  The Merchant Shipping (Maintenance of Seamen’s Dependants) Regulations 1972(1) shall be amended by replacing in regulation 4(a) the reference to “the Ministry of Social Security Act 1966”(2) by a reference to “the Social Security Act 1986”(3).
