The Conservation of Seals (Scotland) Order 19732 is hereby revoked.

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order prohibits for two years with effect from the 19th December 1988 the killing, injuring or taking of common seals in Great Britain and adjacent territorial waters. It also revokes an earlier Order which had prohibited the killing, injuring or taking of common seals only in the County of Zetland and adjacent territorial waters and which is made redundant by this Order.
